Drakehouse Retail Park is Sheffield’s premier out of town retail warehouse destination. Tenants include Homebase, Currys, Smyths Toys, Wickes, B&M, Pets at Home and multiple furniture and home retailers, which are complimented by McDonalds and Starbucks restaurants.

Located 7 miles south east of the city centre, adjacent to Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre and close to Junction 31 of the M1 making it is highly accessible by car, tram, bus or foot. The retail park has a catchment population of over 400,000 people within a 20 minute drive time, but due to the strength of the tenant line up draws from a far wider area.

Both Furniture Village and Bensons for Beds have recently opened new stores and retail park is happy to welcome Wren Kitchens who opened a new store here in 2022.
